Processing Time

• Ready stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Personalised items may require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
• Orders placed during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or festive periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery

We ship throughout Malaysia and Singapore using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

• West Malaysia and Singapore: 1–4 business days
• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions during selected campaigns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are encouraged to monitor the shipment directly with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before completing your order.

Furry Finds Hub is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of:

• the parcel packaging,
• the shipping label, and
• the damaged product.

We will work with you and the courier company to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
